Summary

Once hum3/tree-sitter-goluca#2 lands (adding ~ flag and repeat clause), regenerate and embed the updated goluca grammar blob.

What needs updating

Re-run ts2go extract against the new src/parser.c
Update grammar_blobs/ and grammars/ generated files
Verify parse + highlight round-trips with repeat transaction test cases
